BALANCE DIET

The human body is made like a machine. As the machine needs the fuel and lubricants and proper and proper care to function it efficiently. Similarly human body also needs proper diet that keeps him healthy and active through out his life. What is balance diet? This question will be definitely raised in many minds after having awareness about the term balance diet. Balance diet includes all the minerals, fats, carbohydrates and vitamin in the proportions of 1 1 4. 


Now let’s have a look at the functions and importance of these chemicals and fibers. First we have the fats this can be found in oil, meet and butter. During the process of digestion the fates burn and give heat and energy to the body. Its deficiency caused swore damage to the body cells and their growth and its access amount is stored in the body under the skin.  Carbohydrates are found in sugar and wheat etc it is also same function like fats but their deficiency cannot cause immediate danger but a continues deficiency can cause the less production insulin that can damage the kidneys heart and other body parts.


Minerals are the salts that are very necessary to the body in certain amounts it includes sodium chloride calcium etc. calcium is very much important for the development of the bones. And sodium chloride is very important for the proper functioning of the body. Vitamins are those organic compounds that are found in daily eatable thin like vegetables, meet, etc, their deficiency can cause fatal diseases and body needs these in the certain amounts to maintain is balance. Thus to live a happy and healthy life you should take care of your balance diet and stay fit.
