JIM AND EXERCISE, THE SCERET OF FITNESS

Practice makes man perfect. This example is very much suits to the human body. If you give your body tough time and hardships. Then it will become strong and able to bear the environmental attacks. A healthy body has a healthy mind as well. It is is not possible that you pay all the attention to the development of your mind by making studies and try achieve something in your career like financial security etc. 



and did not care about your physical health then after some time you will become lazy and its very difficult for you to do any routine work even. Thus physical health is equally important. To keep yourself fit and healthy you need to do exercise for at least sixty minutes every day. For this you can go to gym and get the take the services of gym instructor. Or just go in the park and do some basic exercises like stretching your body muscles. Or even a thirty minute morning walk can bring a very much positive change in you behavior and attitude through all the day your mood will pleasant and you will feel energetic. 


Exercise increase the blood circulation in that make stronger the heart and the lungs that are main parts of the body.  The extra fats and other fibers that are stored in the body due to excess amount of eating that can be cause wait gain and we know that over wait is a great evil of a man’s personality and shatters his charm and attractiveness. Thus keep exercise and make your self healthy, wealthy and vise
